It's a zoo out there !

We had family visit from Alabama recently and we went to the zoo one afternoon:

He was less than thrilled with the carousel, however !

We didn't have to crane our necks to see the giraffes---they came right up near us !

The week after Samuel's birthday, we went to Alabama and had a second celebration, since that part of the family was unable to come here for his birthday.
