Christmas, Part 1
This was our best Christmas yet ! Samuel was more "into" it than last year at 9 months. Christmas morning, we had Mark's parents come over to watch Samuel open his gifts and then have a late breakfast with us. Everyone had such a nice time.
What are we waiting for ??

Samuel actually opened at least a few of his own gifts this year.
One of his gifts was the TMX Elmo, which he's had lots of fun with.
A lawnmower----(Mom might have thought twice about this purchase if she'd known how loud it was :>)
Samuel's biggest surprise and his most favorite of all---the Little Tikes car his grandparents got him. The video we took shows his excitement better than the pictures; he was THRILLED !

Love those Christmas jammies! It looks like you all had so much fun this year! I think I say it every time I comment, but I just love Samuel's smile!
Shelby has one of those little tykes cars that was a hand-me-down from our nieces. She loves it and still plays with it several times a week! She says "I be right back, mama"!

If his car gets as many miles on it as ours did, it will be worn out long before he gets his drivers license. Too bad the love for vacuuming disappears as they age! (Mowing is still an "okay" thing to do.) I think A finally has the "drive" to get her license... Can she borrow Samuel's keys?
Too bad it's raining today... we could have walked... not....
